OUR STAFF:
Owner/Therapist Colette Fontana is from France and has traveled extensively and lived in many countries around the world. She is fluent in French and Spanish. Colette has over 18 years hands on experience in massage therapy and over 13 years in skin care therapy. She Studied Massage in California, Texas Florida and Hawaii. She has received advanced education in Cranio Sacral Therapy and Lymphatic Drainage Therapy from the Upledger Institute in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and has been trained and certified in Bowen Therapy by Dr. Jo Anne Whitaker in Tarpon Springs at the Bowen Research and training institute. She is trained in many European and American modalities that she adapts to the particular needs of her clients for a more personalized service. Colette travels to Paris regularly to sample the latest new treatments and techniques in order to incorporate them to her services.
Lynn grew up in Clearwater, FL and is a graduate of Sunstate
Academy. She offers wonderful skills in relaxation and hot stone massage, as
well as a variety of body treatments including reflexology and mini-facials.
She is certified in neuromuscular massage, including trigger point therapy and
muscle energy techniques. She is also certified in manual lymphatic drainage.
Her caring and calming demeanor provide her clients with the best in total
relaxation.
Nina graduated from the Academy of Business and Beauty in St. Petersburg and specializes in natural nails services.
Jill Welker, LMT. MA59823 Jill is from northern Indiana and studied massage therapy at Southeastern School for Neuromuscular Massage Therapy in Clumbia, South Carolina. She is experienced in Swedish, Deep tissue, Pre-Natal, Hot stone, Reflexology, Bamboo Fusion and Bamboo Visage massage. Spa Policies * Payment Types: We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, A Touch of Bliss Gift cards Spa Wish and Spa Finder Gift Certificates. All payments should be made at the time of service or purchase. Payments can also be taken ahead of time over the phone. * Cancellation Policy: We reserve our time and products especially for you when you book an appointment. We require a 24 hour notice on all cancellations before the scheduled appointment, otherwise you will be charged the full amount for the service(s) missed. Missed appointments with gift certificates will forfeit the gift certificate. Repeat *no shows* will result in being on a pre-pay basis. All pre-pay clients will be required to pay for their service/s at the time of booking. * Booking Policy: Any client or party booking two or more services must give a credit card number to secure the appointment. If the appointments are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or if the client fails to show, they will be charged the total cost of services they would have received. * Cell Phone Policy: To avoid disruption of soothing treatments and services, we request that all cell phone calls be taken outside of the spa. Please silence your cell phones before entering the spa. * Children Policy: To maintain a calm and soothing atmosphere, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and are prohibited near the treatment areas. Children are not allowed to accompany clients during any services. * Return Policy: No Cash back. Exchanges and store credit only. All products purchased at A Touch of Bliss Day Spa can be exchanged with a valid receipt within 30 days of the original purchase as long as they are unopened and still in the original packaging. * Appointment Times: Please plan on arriving at least 5 minutes before your appointment time to take care of any personal needs and allow us to start your service on time. We ask that you refrain from arriving more than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment in order not to disrupt treatments already in progress. Clients arriving late to appointments may receive a shorter service, or be rescheduled in order to keep later appointments on time. What to wear: You will be asked to undress in private and drape yourself with a sheet provided by the therapist. Most massage therapists prefer that the client be free of all restrictive clothing and jewelry; however, your comfort is of the utmost importance, and boundaries set by you are respected at all times. You will be fully draped at all times during the massage; the therapist will uncover only that part of your body being massaged, insuring that your modesty is respected at all times. If you are having multiple treatments, as in a Full Day Package, a robe will be provided for your comfort. A Touch of Bliss reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. If you have any questions, please ask your reservationist when you book your appointment. Valuables: We suggest that you please leave your valuables at home. Many of our treatments require removal of jewelry, and we regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing and accessories, or for misplaced items You may opt to leave gratuities for shoulders well rubbed, skin well scrubbed,etc.. The recommended range is between 15% and 20% of the price of the service provided, but the amount is left up to your discretion. Gratuities can be paid in cash or credit card.
